Kenneth graduated from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT with a major in English and a minor in political science in 1994. Kenneth then went on to attend Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, NJ. Kenneth was an Intern with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and a Judicial Intern for Hon. Harry Margolis, PJ in Newark, NJ.  Kenneth received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall in 1997.

Kenneth began work as an Associate Attorney for Steven Losquadro, P.C., then located in Smithtown NY. In 2000, he joined Litwack and Litwack, Counselors at Law, P.C. in Bayside, NY as Senior Associate Attorney.  Kenneth joined the Law Offices of Jacoby & Jacoby in 2005 and specializes in Bankruptcy, Matrimonial & Family Law.  Kenneth is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
